Integrations

Integrations are how Nitejar receives events and sends responses.

There are two distinct layers to keep straight:

Plugin assignment decides which agents are connected to the channel.
Agent policy and role defaults decide what those agents are allowed to do once they receive work.

Choose a channel, assign agents, configure the relevant policy, and verify delivery in Activity.
